Briget Heidmous [ b. 1989, Colorado Springs, Colorado ] is an artist, curator and creative entrepreneur. Her work is research based. It expands the aesthetics and principles of Theoretical Physics and Psychology. he works on a collaborative visual poetry project with Jessy Randall. Works have been published on multiple platforms with national and international viewership. From winter 2013 to summer 2017 she was Assistant Curator for the InterDisciplinary Experimental Arts program at Colorado College. Fall of 2017 she was Assistant Curator for the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College. She has presented work in five solo exhibitions in Nebraska and Colorado. She has been artist in resident nationally at Tyler School of Art and The Machine Shop and internationally at Burren College of Art.
Heidmous owns Rā-Tra Creative. Rā-Tra Creative is devoted to developing creative collaborations that engage multiple disciplines and formats. The enterprise presents experience centric guerrilla events; manages projects in the spirit of innovation and collaboration; consults on brand and mission development for creatives and entrepreneurs; develops strategies to teach and engage creativity that will kickstart innovation in teams and projects.
